　　高強(qiáng)度狀態(tài)(超硬狀態(tài))合金3004用于制造罐體。為了獲得更佳的強(qiáng)度和拉拔特性的結(jié)合，鋁板生產(chǎn)廠家需要對(duì)鋼錠的均質(zhì)化、熱軋、中間退火和冷軋進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的控制。

　　薄板退火后抗拉強(qiáng)度降低。采用連續(xù)退火工藝(CAL -IA工藝)處理的板材在連續(xù)退火線上的抗拉強(qiáng)度比間歇式爐分批-IA工藝處理的板材的抗拉強(qiáng)度高10mpa，如表1所示。

　　在生產(chǎn)各向異性低、強(qiáng)度高、成形性好的罐蓋毛坯時(shí)，應(yīng)特別注意熱軋、中間退火和冷軋條件的組合的選擇。
