對(duì)于鋁板狀態(tài)我們按照全硬、半硬、軟態(tài)來(lái)進(jìn)行區(qū)分，通常的軟態(tài)主要是指鋁板O態(tài)，全硬的折彎效果基本不太行，在鋁板狀態(tài)里一般H18、H19、H38等都是全硬的，半硬狀態(tài)的鋁板基本上都可以折，H24的也就是半硬的。

O態(tài)的折彎一般是沒什么問題，不過由于該狀態(tài)鋁板太軟，我們一般很少用這種狀態(tài)的鋁板來(lái)進(jìn)行折彎，同時(shí)我們?cè)谶x擇鋁板時(shí)還要注意純鋁板和合金鋁板的區(qū)分，一般純鋁的硬度都不會(huì)太高，具體到純鋁折彎可以用1100、1050、1060等，建議用1100H26的。

合金鋁板硬度會(huì)好一點(diǎn)，一般可以用3003、3005、5052等半硬狀態(tài)的鋁板來(lái)折彎。如果用6061、2024、7075由于硬度太高，特別是T6狀態(tài)的更是，應(yīng)該折彎不了，除非你加溫再折，好鋁板與差鋁板的區(qū)別是氧化性能、公差、表面效果、晶精度及均勻穩(wěn)定性等有區(qū)別的，單單折彎效果區(qū)別不大， 如果鋁板表面做烤漆的話質(zhì)量不建議用太好的，可以考慮用3003-H26、3005H24或5052H34的。
