3、 Aluminum plate slotting: When slotting with a slotting machine or a gondola machine, a semicircle head milling cutter larger than 90 degrees should be used. The cutting tool should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make folding difficult. A 0.2-0.3MM thick plastic core should be left with the aluminum plate bent together to increase strength and toughness, otherwise the aluminum plate may break or the paint film burst when bending.
四、鋁板彎邊:彎邊時(shí)需用力均勻,一次成型,不要反復(fù)彎折,否則鋁板可能斷裂。

五、鋁板弧形加工:加工弧形應(yīng)使用專(zhuān)用彎曲設(shè)備加工,徐徐用力,使板材逐步達(dá)到所需的曲面.切勿一次彎曲成型。

九、鋁板使用條件:內(nèi)墻板應(yīng)在室內(nèi)使用,不宜安裝在室外,以保證使用效果和使用年限。
