裝飾用鋁板的表面保護(hù)方法,當(dāng)前不外乎3種:

(1)陽(yáng)極氧化,20世紀(jì)50年代已引入鋁合金門窗,至今仍是鋁門窗以及裝飾鋁板常用的表面處理措施;

(2)陽(yáng)極氧化后電泳丙烯酸樹脂,日本在20世紀(jì)60年代已商品化,歐洲到70年代開始使用,目前還主要在亞洲地區(qū)應(yīng)用。該技術(shù)當(dāng)前已由透明光亮膜發(fā)展到無光透明膜和彩色膜,品種更趨多樣化,工業(yè)控制和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量都比較穩(wěn)定;

(2) Anodized electrophoretic acrylic resin was commercialized in Japan in the 1960s and began to be used in Europe until the 1970s. Currently, it is mainly used in Asia. This technology has currently evolved from transparent and bright films to non transparent and color films, with a more diverse variety of products. Industrial control and product quality are relatively stable;

(3)化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化處理后靜電噴涂包括靜電粉末噴涂和靜電液相噴涂,靜電液相噴涂氟碳樹脂在20世紀(jì)60年代,美國(guó)已實(shí)現(xiàn)商品化。而靜電粉末噴涂熱固性聚酯涂層,60年代末在歐洲已實(shí)現(xiàn)商品化,當(dāng)前仍是歐洲各國(guó)占優(yōu)勢(shì)的表面處理手段。時(shí)至今日,單一陽(yáng)極氧化的鋁門窗在國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)均明顯縮小日本青睞于電泳涂層,白色電泳涂層發(fā)展很快,并在歐洲得到應(yīng)用。靜電粉末噴涂以其色彩多樣、控制方便、環(huán)境保護(hù)、性能優(yōu)良等原因,已成為歐美的首選表面處理方法。近年來靜電粉末噴涂市場(chǎng)在我國(guó)也在迅速擴(kuò)大之中。

(3) Electrostatic spraying after chemical conversion treatment includes electrostatic powder spraying and electrostatic liquid phase spraying. Electrostatic liquid phase spraying fluorocarbon resin was commercialized in the United States in the 1960s. Electrostatic powder spraying thermosetting polyester coatings, which were commercialized in Europe by the late 1960s, are still the dominant surface treatment method in European countries. To this day, the single anodized aluminum doors and windows have significantly shrunk in both domestic and international markets. Japan prefers electrophoretic coatings, while white electrophoretic coatings have developed rapidly and have been applied in Europe. Electrostatic powder spraying has become the preferred surface treatment method in Europe and America due to its diverse colors, convenient control, environmental protection, and excellent performance. In recent years, the market for electrostatic powder spraying has also been rapidly expanding in China.

(4)噴漆:通常是氟碳噴涂,鋁板噴漆前的處理比較重要,要進(jìn)行鈍化處理才能保證油漆和鋁板緊密結(jié)合,典型的用途是幕墻鋁板均采用該方式進(jìn)行表面處理。

(4) Spray painting: Usually fluorocarbon spraying is used, and the treatment before painting the aluminum plate is quite important.
